  Location is not really on walking street, need to turn a bit to small soi, probably only 20 meters. For me this is very good location. If the resort is located directly on the walking street, during the holiday season, it might be too busy. The resort is very safe and well equipped (at least in my room). Small pavillion in the middle of the villas... was die leute sagen » is common area for guests, is comfort. However, if a big group occupies the area, it might annoy others. Pai river is just only short walking distanc - Great place. Close to night market but still quiet and protected.we took the family room which was comfortable for 2 adults and 3 children. Relaxing inner yard is great when you come with kids. Most important the staff, Ben and Nungning are so nice, friendly and helpful, not in order to sell you some thing but just because they are nice people.
