  The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We loved that The Countryside was a walk from the busy town, and super quiet amidst the rice paddies and mountains. We were able to hike out of the hostel and to a waterfall (6 hours round trip). So close to nature! I also appreciated that we had a fan and ac, so could decide to use one or the other,... was die leute sagen » but even in March we didn't need either because it gets so wonderfully cool at night. - The view in mountain and green field are fantastic! Staffs are great! The bungalow was totally beautiful and quiet. Everything superb!!

Tidy, neat and comfortable environment, convenient location to the main street, friendly owners and staff, wonderful breakfast (both western and thai). We only stayed there for two nights and it would be great if we can stay longer in Pai and - We were afraid to book this hotel, because it was way cheaper than the hotels we were booking in other cities during this trip. But the reviews were so goo, that we decided to try it. We were not disappointed! The hotel is charming, the rooms are great, very nice. it is 2 minutes walking from the charming city center.
