  We really liked the character and style of accomadation. There has been a recent renovation and this was visabe. We stayed in te royal phuket a year ago for slightly less however memory on on was much better. The location allowed us to walk to the Sunday market and the reception arranged our ferry to Koh Lanta. We are not big lovers of phuket town... was die leute sagen » and this stop was only for one night and a good base to transfer early next day. The breakfast was welcomed and service was good. - The hotel was absolutely gorgeous! The decor was incredible, it made me feel like I was in a b & b in Europe. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful in booking buses etc. The location was ideal right in the middle of the old town! Overall, I believe this was the best hotel I have ever stayed in.

Soi Romanee is a small quite street in the old town; with your choice of food and shopping within walking distance. The two girls managing the guesthouse are lovely and helpful with anything you need. The guesthouse has a lovely relaxed, homely feel, which, in my opinion, is the best kind of accommodation around.
