We absolutely loved Zara. We paid extra on arrival and upgraded to the
double pool villa for two nights as it was vacant, but then as it was
booked out we thenmoved to villa 10 (grand plunge pool villa). We loved
so many things about Zara. As there are only 12 or so villas in the

This was without a doubt the best resort we ever visited in all our travelling abroad. The garden in which the villas are situated is awesome and right by the sea. This resort is excelent for people who prefer privacy, yet 20 meters walking and you're on the beach. In your private garden by the villa you would think you're alone in the jungle. Everything! So close to the beach, small but refreshing pool. The staff are lovely and the rooms are serviced every day. 2 minute walk to main street and yet the hotel was nice and peaceful. Shower was fine and ample hot water. This is not a 5 star hotel but we loved it and will definitely return.

nice clean bungalows, we had a double room which is smaller; and a triple room which is big and recently furbished - looks brandnew; the beds are softly firm. We all had good sleep there. Location is great, 1 minute's walk to the beach, and 5-10 minutes walk to the town center (shopping/food/drink area); They have own power supply so we had electricity supply in our rooms even the whole southern Thailand had a big blackout on one night during our stay. From the great location, quiet area to the amazing staff that we could bug with any question or request & nothing was too much for them. Awesome food for a small lodge! Chris (Manager) ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns bei allem geholfen, er hat auch einen Apartmentwechsel ermöglicht. Er hatte tolle Tipps u hat unseren Urlaub damit bereichert. Das Apartment ist sehr stylisch und gehobene Ausstattung, die Bilder versprechen nicht zu viel. Schöne und gepflegte Anlage.
Da es am Berg liegt, zu Fuß ist es zu schaffen, hat man einen tollen Meerblick auf die ganze Gegend.
Ein rund rum toller Urlaub, den wir so auch wiederholen würden!
