Rooms -
everything was perfect. food, location, staff, cleaning. Staff is very kind and friendly. Nearly every night there is a social event like wine tasting and free tapas. They arrange many facilities like snorkelling (must try) and island tours. Also they put flowers every part of hotel and really smells good :). Rooms are really big and over quality.
There are only 50 rooms in this hotel so that it is not crowded and quality oriented. Loved here.

We stayed 2 night in Pimalai at the end of 4 weeks honeymoon trip. the hotel is located right on the beach spreading further towards the hill. the beach is quite nice but depend on the tide state. we really liked the room which was really comfortable, the breakfast (they have macaroons.. :), the shed in front of the beach. The service is nice, both pools are incredible. They have nice facilities for free at the beach. "why not" bar is great.

Great location only a 5 minute walk away from the heart of Kantiang Bay and the main beach. Make sure you got Mini Mouse for some beauty therapy. There isn't a restaurant on site so there's the option of room service, or getting supplies from the 7/11 store just down the road. The villa was enormous for the two of us - there were two bedrooms located in separate parts of the villa to each other.
