The room was large & impecably decorated with a deck over looking the beach. It felt so private, yet close to all amenities. We loved the sea pool! The dining & staff were both superb.   We stayed in a Junior suite in the Thani wing (on beach) Bhuri wing is across the road and not as nice. We also had a family package which included a fantastic huge buffet breakfast and 10% of all other F & B in the resort. Great Happy Hour in beach bar. The first night we had a lot of noise around our room in a ground floor Bhuri wing room (near to the breakfast restaurant), so the next morning I spoke to reception and they immediately moved us to a top floor room elsewhere in the Bhuri wing and after that we slept very well.   We stayed in a luxury two level suite with swim access to a main pool reserved only for the suite rooms. This exclusive pool had its own pool bar. The suite was amazing with all you could want spread across two sumptuous levels with a connecting double height window area. Shame we did not stay longer in this private oasis.   The location was awesome - set in a quiet Kata location away from the hustle and bustle of Patong and close enough to the shopping area of Kata Beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and they were able to connect us directly to every tour possible we could think of. They even waited for me on several occasions to return back to the resort. Easily the best resor - We loved it! Hotel is really quiet, and well located. Close to beach: 5 to 10 minutes walking from one of the nicest beaches of the island, and eating facilities nearby. There are some shops, but not too many. Rooms are spacious, luminous, very clean and silent. Nice pool, and massage, tours, transfer and room service. Breakfast and dinner are delicious and offer lots of options.

  Arrived late at night around 11pm and reception was there with a smiling face to greet us. Room is basic, but very comfortable, has everything you need. Cleaned daily, 2 free waters a day, free use of pool across the street, and 10 min walk to Kara Beach. We didn't rent a scooter but they are available. Has everything I need --- A/C, free wi-fi, refrigerator, very comfortable bed, close enough to the beach and nice restaurants (about 5-15 minute walk), but in a quiet area away from the craziness of the main streets. The staff is not professional - this is a small family owned place --- but they try hard and will do what they can to take care of you. Have stayed there on multiple occasions and look forward to going back.
