  No doubt this hotel knows how to please their customers. Firstly, the location is really great. Just across to Karon beach... Staff are so kind! They help us anytime we need. Rich breakfast can make you full until dinner. Taste was also great. Hotel facilities are good. I read couple of comments related to old furnitures. There was - The money is definitely well spent, and I could not find a suitable word to describe how amazing the stay at Moevenpick is. We got a upgrade to sea view standard room, the beautiful Karon beach is right in front of us, only 5 minutes walk. Breakfast buffet has much choices, food is perfect. Hotel staff (I mean everyone, even including the security guard of back gate) is really nice and very helpful. Moevenpick Karon is absolutely the only choice at Phuket Island for me.   It was an amazing experience. I was there with an 18 month old and staff were amazingly friendly and great to my kid. A traineee staff called Pui was extremely facilitating. I loved the property it had everything you could ask for. The rooms were always clean. Buffet breakfast had everything one could ask for. The bed was a bit hard but you soon become accustomed to that.

  The room was lovely, there is a detail for design. I loved the king size bed with really comfortable mattress. We travelled with an infant and the hotel was kind to put in our room a baby cot free of charge. I have to say the baby cot was really nice : wooden made with all linen provided.
