All the rooms are very charming and unique, and although we booked a particular room already, the staff was nice enough to let us check out all the available rooms and choose one we liked when we arrived. We loved the Ayutthaya room.

The most that I liked from this hotel it was the front desk service. The lady (I forgot her name) was very gentle and friendly. We arrived a little bit tired from Bangkok with no idea of what to do those days at Chang Mai. She sat with us and explained all the offers about tours and potential places to visit, what was it good or not for us, etc. Also she booked for us the tours that we made. She teached us to order the breakfast the night before and it was ready next day at the hour you asked

If you are traveling along and need to meet other gay people, or just nice people, this is a great place. The bar crowd downstairs is local and usually a bit older, but met some lovely people and had some great conversations. And the accommodation is fine and excellent value for money.

So basically was in Green Tulip down the street earlier in the week for a week, and they would not let me leave my bags for an overnight trip to sukhothai and were very rude. Feels like home. Great balcony to sit and relax at and the staff are so nice. You could not wish for better hosts. 4min walk to 7/11, restaurants and local eating places. Park is close by as well. Wi-Fi works perfect! Also in the rooms. I would come back and I will certainly recommend the place to anyone traveling on a budget. I am here to visit my friend, and he feels more than welcome too. Cute kittens everywhere.
