  The hotel is very convenient to the Bilbao bus station, which was great for taking the ALSA bus as a comfortable, inexpensive, and easy way to travel from Madrid to Bilbao. Also the nearby bus station is the terminus for an inexpensive bus to the airport. And it was a pleasant walk thru the park to the Guggenheim. My room had two beds, one tv, one desk with a mirror and one bathroom. Wifi works fine and the staff were really gentle to ask if I was ok with the noise (I think they're repairing some things on my floor), or if I'd like to change my room.

  I am so happy because of this place. Personel was so kind and helpful. Pension was always so clean. I didn't have bathroom at the room, but it wasn't a problem at all, because it was next door and always free when I needed. And sink was in the room. Beds were comfortable. I just wanted somewhere to use as a base. The room was clean and the toilet and shower close by across the corridor. It was a little noisy at night and in morning as my room was above a bar.   We stayed here for one night and found the staff fabulous. We were emailed once we booked to confirm they had the baby travel cot we needed. They also offered us a baby bath.
