  We stayed here for one night and found the staff fabulous. We were emailed once we booked to confirm they had the baby travel cot we needed. They also offered us a baby bath.   Excellent studio room in the heart of Bilbao - ours had a little balcony looking onto the lovely Old Town street. Clean, spacious, comfy bed, lots of natural light. Very short walk from metro and tram stops, as well as all the old town sites, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The wonderful staff are incredibly friendly and helpful - highly recommend! - Really lovely apartment run by wonderful staff who were very accommodating and gracious to us after a misunderstanding with payment. The owner even offered us umbrellas due to the rainy weather! Apartment is spacious, super clean and right in the heart of Old Town. It's also very close to the metro making it easily accessible by foot and public transport. I would definitely recommend Arriaga Suites!

One side of the room is floor to ceiling windows. Really light and bright. Clean and spacious for the price. Right in the Old Town close to bars and restaurants and you can walk everywhere. The outside of the pension has p** on it even though the name is - Location couldn't have been better, right in the old town. Staff were lovely, though English isn't really spoken they will do their best to communicate. Room was really nice. Breakfast isnt' fancy but it is adequate (Tea, coffee, toast, ceral and pastry) Entry is via buzzer only and you need to leave room key in reception when you leave.
