  Really nice hotel. Location is exactly what is mentioned in all other reviews. The girls from reception - Maria and Elena -were very hospitable and friendly and both deserve a certain salary increase. Rooms are not much specious but always clean and tidy.   Everything! The staff were very nice and helpful, especially Ioana:) She hepled me a lot. I even got a gift from the hotel! So sweet! The hotel is located in the heart of city center, walking distance to shops, restaurants, bus stops etc. Rooms are not big but very comfortable, I got a balcony with my room. I had a really great time in Madrid. - It was an amazing hostel. The centric location, it is connected to all public transportations.
