  The staff was wonderful as was the small intimate hotel. Their driver, Jaime, who met us at the airport turned out to be a friend as well as a driver. Everyone at Casona les Pleides went out of their way to make sure everything went well...and it did!!!!   The staff were so nice and the location could not be better if you're looking to save money by shopping at the grocery store or San Pedro market. It really made my money stretch for the week I stayed in Cuzco.   The staff were absolutely incredible. The two ladies working at the front desk were super. They didnt speak a word of english but printed out a page from google translate every time they had something to tell me. I asked to stay for a second night and they had no room available so checked me into another hotel and helped me carry all my bags down ... was die leute sagen » the road the next day and check me in. They really do go above and beyond. The room was great, had a bed and cupboard upstairs and a private lounge co - The staff at the hotel are just so incredibly warm and nice. In fact I would say that they are the one of the highlights of stay in Cuzco! We were traveling with our baby girl, so they went out to buy a crib for her and lend us their own baby bath tub. When I needed a computer to do some file transfer they offered their own personal laptop.
