  This Riad is, simply, perfect! Before we had even arrived the customer service we received was excellent. We stayed here for 4 nights whilst on our honeymoon in Marrakech. The owners, Charlotte & Patrice are extremely friendly and hospitable, as are Abdul, Ahmed and the rest of the team.   Annabel and Pierre have a lovely spot at Casa Lalla. Annabel was wonderful in answering all of our questions beforehand. They arranged for 2 shuttles to the Riad, since we were arriving separately from two different countries. The Riad is beautiful and since it was off season we had much of it to ourselves quite often. The restaurant was a special treat with gorgeous French cuisine. The location is perfect; close enough to the medina to walk there easily but far enough away to be a quiet retreat.

  The riad was lovely, very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a 10-15min walk to the main square and souks and my friend and I felt fairly safe walking around even at night (once we got used to the crazy traffic around the medina!).
