  Arguably one of the best hotels hotels I have ever stayed at with the absolute best customer service I have ever received. The staff was BEYOND helpful and willing to help us with whatever we needed. They even had a driver for hire, Khalid, who was truly an amazing person. The rooms were always spotless and cleaned every day. Our clothes were folded and they even was - I have been to many places in different countries. Mnar Castle is one of the very good choices. The Receptionist girl was thorough professional who handled many guests at the same time. Facilities were excellent. Construction was new and apartment as well as stuff was fresh and clean. location is also best as it oversees a unique place where two oceans meet. lovely morning and evening view.

  I really liked Elias and his staff. Everybody was so nice and incredibly helpful. Twice we got lost, first when we got there, and 2nd when we went to explore the old medina and got all turned around, and Elias came to our rescue both times. I would highly recommend Casa Elias anyday! - The owner,Elias is the nicest person we have met in Morroco. It was freezing at the night in chefchaouen, but he brought us 2 heaters. He also helped us book bus tickets to Fez. The rooms were clean and we'll decorated, enough space for 6 people. Wifi connection was also fine. And from the terrace, you can see the fine view of the town.

  Omar, his Wife and Daughter were very hospitable. We arrived late in the evening, Omar helped us find a parking space. His Wife had cooked an amazing meal of Lamb Tagine with wonderful salads to start with. A truly memorable experie - The location, inside the Medina, is very good. The owner manager was an extremely nice man, very welcoming and accommodating. We trekked in the nearby RIF mountains and he walked us through the Medina to the foothills of the mountains to show us where to start our hike from. The terrace has great views over Chefchaouene.
