  Arguably one of the best hotels hotels I have ever stayed at with the absolute best customer service I have ever received. The staff was BEYOND helpful and willing to help us with whatever we needed. They even had a driver for hire, Khalid, who was truly an amazing person. The rooms were always spotless and cleaned every day. Our clothes were folded and they even was - I have been to many places in different countries. Mnar Castle is one of the very good choices. The Receptionist girl was thorough professional who handled many guests at the same time. Facilities were excellent. Construction was new and apartment as well as stuff was fresh and clean. location is also best as it oversees a unique place where two oceans meet. lovely morning and evening view.

  Fantastic ambience. Good food. Very exotic rooms straight from the Arabian nights. Walking through the medina/souk was incredible and so much more authentic than other cites. - Perfect location for Medina and other sights Gracious hosts and staff.   This lovely hotel is nestled right up against the mountains therefore has stunning views over the valley and of the beautiful village of Chefchouen. We stayed in a 2 bed 2 bath chalet and that was lovel - A lovely hotel located at the back of the town, up against the mountainside. We really enjoyed our time there. The staff were friendly and very helpful, getting us a guide who took us to see local traditional crafts (ahem), showing us good places to eat and drink (there are only 3 places in Chaouen that serve alcohol) and helping us to use the local hamam safely. The room was big, with two bathrooms and all the little things that make tourists happy (robes, slippers, body lotion, etc.) Very fancy hotel! The breakfast was okay. The hotel is next to the beach and has a swimming pool. That part of the beach is not very clean though.

  The breakfast was delicious, the owner herself was brilliant and very helpful and friendly. The location is great for visiting the old medina and only a 10 minute walk to the beach. The design of the house and the garden resembles the true and historical image of how Tangier was a huge crossing point between Europe and Africa. Highly recommended.

  We found one of the reception-foyer staff so helpful. He carried our four cases to our 3 separate rooms; helped me park and exit my large car in the small hotel garage;advised us on shopping and places of interest;arranged a surprise taxi tour of Tangier and surrounding area, all without holding his hand out for payment. Tasty dinners. - Mustafa at front desk was incredibly helpful overall, especially re: my luggage which didn't arrive on my flight into Casblanca before we took train to Tangier. He helped suggest where to buy some clothes, helped with phone calls to the airlines and shared other tips to help. The location made our daily walks to the Medina and other highlights easy, and the room was very comfortable at a great price.
