  This hotel was stunning from top to bottom. The staff was friendly, helpful, and so wonderful. The room I shared with my friends was absolutely gorgeous and had an ocean view. It had an en-suite kitchen which was great, and the bathroom was enormous. The entire facility was immaculately clean. The hotel also has outdoor guest BBQ facilities, which I thought was a great idea.

The check in process was quick, the staff were all very friendly and eager to please, the food was good for an all-inclusive type place (I've been to a few) and the onsite main lobby entertainment was a plus. I myself will vist this hotel either in my next trip to Cancun. I must.
