  We stayed here only for one night after a trip to Valladolid and Tulum in order to catch a morning flight out of Cancun. The staff was friendly and helpful on arrival. Car parking was included as promised. The room was a bit sterile, but comfortable with nice towels and linens.   The hotel's location is very good, if you want to stay close to the airport. The staff were very friendly and the free shuttle service was excellent (keep in mind that you have to arrange for it beforehand, since there is no access to the hotel in the airport). Location is not good because of the highway but it didn´t disturb me. Anyways it´s kind of hotel just for one day stay if your flight is too early or late for departure from Playa del Carmen or other distant location. Hotel was clean and really nice equiped.   I really can't fault this place, it was perfect in everyway. My best friend and I stayed here for four nights and will be back without a doubt. We did not book in advance and had to book with our tablet in the lobby to get the good price (half of the normal rate). Rooms are spacious, clean, quite.   My Mom and I were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade upon arrival. Our room had a balcony overlooking the pool, a mini fridge and small kitchenette which was well-equipped. It feels really safe even at night and has some local shops and restaurants right around the corner which feel a bit more like the real Mexico. Which Cancun isn'T. Suites Sina has everything you need including a pool and super helpful staff. My daughter and I stayed, went to the Isla Mujeres for a few nights and then came back to Suites Sina because it was perfect for what we wanted.
