  Very clean and elegant rooms (for the price), super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is very good.Location is just good. Very trustworthy house-keeping (I lost a key of a rented scooter and one of the house keeping maids kept it with her for a safe keeping until I reported to the reception, and the bell boy was looking with me, then the house... was die leute sagen » - keeping maid told him: she found it and it's with her) I rewarded her with some cash for her honesty. - The hotel staffs were very accommodating with our requests. Conveniently located close to the Kuah Jetty. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. I accidentally left my external hard disk in the hotel and the staff/housekeeping were very responsive when I called and explained my dilemma. They managed to locate the device and have it shipped back to me almost immediately.

  The staff are exceptionally friendly and always there to help. I have booked an Apartment suite, however, the air-con is not working and resort staff had upgraded my stay to the Perdana suite at no additional cost. On the last day of the tour, one of the restaurent staff notice that my son was not feeling well. Upon knowing that my son had diahorr... was die leute sagen » ea, he suggested drinking hot tea and even offer one for my son. What a kind gesture. Will definitely come back to this resort for my subsequent visit - On arrival we were upgraded to a large family villa on the ground floor which had everything we needed with excellent housekeeping staff. The location of the Holiday/Federal Villa on Pantai Tengah Beach is perfect....Great for families
