  Our check-in at the front desk took less than a minute as the staffs were well prepared. The front desk responded to our request of baby crib with super efficiency even at late 10pm! Our whole family including my young kids of 7, 4.5 and 2 years old simply love this hotel. Though breakfast was not included but for usd - Very close to the Metro line and shopping centres. Hotel staff were very efficient and attentive. I booked a family room for myself and my two daughters and we were all very pleased with the space, comfort and design of the room. Aveda toiletries were very much appreciated, towels etc were changed every day. some other reviewers have mentioned the alley you have to go through to get to the hotel but it is occupied by local trades families who I found to be very friendly if you bother to speak

  Stayed here for a 2 week holiday. Don't let the small alley fool you, this is a top-notch hotel right in the heart of the most prestigious part of Seoul. The Hotel looks very nice, all the interior is very neat and modern, very clean as well, felt like I was in a very high quality residence. They gave us maps of the city and suggested places to visit. Honestly, top notch excellent service. Amongst the best services I ever had. Room : The room was very comfortable, the bathroom had a jacuzzi and sets of cream, lotions, hair gels, etc.
