  Sehr nette Mitarbeiter im gesamten Hotel. An der Rezeption erhielt man auf Anfrage alle Auskünfte, Mitarbeiter bemühten sich wirklich sehr um die Zufriedenheit der Gäste. Der Zimmersrvice war ebenfalls sehr bemüht. Es gab jeden Tag frische Handtücher/Bettwäsche, das Zimmer war tip-top aufgeräumt und sauber, ganz toll. Beautiful place, spacious room, very high ceilings, we could see few historical buildings right from the window. Room was warm with a big bed. Location is absolutely amazing. Colosseo around the corner, we literally walked everywhere (even returned from Vatican by foot ). Breakfast was brought into the room on your selected time. We really enjoyed to stay there. If I go to Rome again I'll stay there again.
