We didn't use any public transport whilst we were there, venturing as far as the Spanish Steps, the Colosseum, the Trastevere area and the Vatican City. The hotel was in a great location where we were able to walk to all attractions. The hotel is on a street where there is plenty of great restaurants and bars to relax in the evening before you head back. The hotel room was large for Europe and the staff was very nice & helpful. The hotel is on the 3rd floor of an apartment building and has 4-5 private rooms. There is an elevator and they provide keys for access to the building.

Dominico was very gracious, stayed late to welcome me since my flight arrived late evening and made sure I was settled in and had his mobile number in case I needed anything. However, although the booking photos show the plaza, the entrance to the building is a steel barred gate on a small side street which the taxi found tough to locate. The initial impression from the entrance gate is therefore not as expected.
