  The man at reception was so friendly and helpful. We arrived late as we drove from Milan to Venice. On booking in we received a large bottle of still water and a map and he took his time explaining the bus extra to us, which I really appreciated. Received a bottle of water on arrival. Transportation in and out of Venice very convenient with bus stop right across the street from the hotel. Gated parking at hotel although not necessary in this nice neighborhood. Very good restaurant across the street at extremely good prices.   Die Besitzerfamilie, welche alleinig das Hotel betreut, war in allen Fragen kompetent und man fühlte sich familär aufgehoben. Hervorzuheben zur Lage des Hotels ist zu sagen, weshalb sich ein teures und oft servicemässig schlechtes Hotel direkt in Venedig oder Mestre zu nehmen unsinnig erscheint, da die verkehrsmässige Anbindung an Venedig hervorrag... was die leute sagen » end ist. Bushaltestelle fast vor dem Hotel! - Da es es ein relativ kleines Hotel ist, ist der Rezeptionist auch Cfef und Inhaber, was man an Freundlichkeit und Verfügbarkeit merkt. Er war für alle Fragen offen und war jederzeit ansprchbar. Vielen Dank! Mit dem Bus waren es gerade 20 Minuten direkt nach Venedig, ideal also um von dort aus die Stadt zu erkunden.
