  The man at reception was so friendly and helpful. We arrived late as we drove from Milan to Venice. On booking in we received a large bottle of still water and a map and he took his time explaining the bus extra to us, which I really appreciated. Gated parking at hotel although not necessary in this nice neighborhood. Very good restaurant across the street at extremely good prices. We stopped making trips to the grocery store because this restaurant was so good with reasonable prices. Nice breakfast includ
