  This is an amazing place. Everything was perfect-tidy, clean and stylish hotel. Very nice englishspeaking receptionist-she gaves us many helpfull advices for the old Lucca town and ideas for good restaurants there. The room (our was named on Mozart:) was also perfect-nice decorated, clean and convenient, large comfortable bed and the shower in the... was die leute sagen » bathroom was real pleasure. Perfect breakfast with very good lavazza cappuccino. Excelent service! We rented bikes to enjoy old part of Lucca and it - Beautifully restored Villa, high quality fittings,traditional Italian style,spotlessly clean room, lots of good quality choices in breakfast buffet. Friendly and efficient staff could not do enough to help us, excellent English and French is spoken. Nothing was too much trouble - thank you for an excellent stay in beautiful Lucca. Lovely relaxing area with hot tub etc. too.

  We arrived earlier than 15h (the time you normally can check-in). The cleaning lady called the owner and he arrived 5 minutes later. We already could check in. He was very helpful and nice. The accommodation looks a little like a motel and that has its charms. The room was very spacious with a big bed, a large closet and a little kitchen.   Eigentich alles. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Sehr freundliche und hiflsbereite Besitzerin, familiär. Die Zimmer sind super sauber , das Badezimmer sehr geräumig und komfortabel.
