  Very attractive facilities and perfectly clean. Staff welcoming and friendly and the seaside views outstanding. The breakfasts should be described as banquets.   The friendly atmosphere of the staff. Everybody helped me all the time. If you desire to be at the beach, it's very close to all the private and public beaches. Convenient also if you want to take the bus and go to Rome. I was lucky that I had friends that came to pick me up with their car. Be patient about traffic if you come from Canada.
