The location is a close walk to the train station, the staff is friendly and helpful to English speakers. The rooms are comfortable and privacy is there for your private shower and bathroom located just out of your room. Air-Conditioning is there for those hot Florence days which I had.
The train station is maybe a 10-15 minute walk, add another 15 minutes from there to Florence Cathedral.

Marta the girl who received us was so friendly and kind, that we didn't have a chance to ask questions. She opened a map and starting marking tourist sites as well as Restaurant recommendations. Claudio, Roberta and Sylvia were amazing, they recommended exceptional restaurants, organized tours and taxis and guided you to the must see sites.
