  Very good location, clean and comfortable rooms, big as well. We were three and we had no problem with anything in the room. We just stayed 4 nights, but we're definitely going again to this hotel. Amazing staff, they were all really nice people (especially Michelle, Teo and James) and they helped us in everything we needed.   Nestled on a side street in Temple Bar, our family of 3 had to walk to the top floor. Fortunately, the small, lobby had a luggage storage closet, where we could leave our suitcases for the night. Because of the very narrow walk-up for a triple, this would be a - I found the staff very professional , friendly and courteous at all times including the night porters. It was very good value and the rooms very cosy and warm with no noise of traffic or night clubbers from the street. While at reception I observed that some of the people checking in had stayed in the hotel several times a very good indication of any business when the customer / client does repeat business.

It's 5 , 10 mins from the O2 and It's so handy for it because of my stay I was going to a concert that night and it was fair handy not getting taxis or buses. I would stay again in the future when I have something up in Dublin , I'm not from Dublin but I would recommend this Hotel to Anyone because it is a Good Value Hotel and In the Heart Of Dublin's City Centre.

  The hotel and its staff were really good. The hotel was close to a bus stop which made it easy to get to town. The lady on the desk was very accommodating and tried to meet all of our needs. Although we checked out a night early they gave us a refund as the internet did not work.
