The manager John and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was to much trouble for them to do. The hotel also has an excellent food menu, value for money including 2 for 1 on certain days and times. The breakfast in the morning was cooked to order and fresh, including vegetarians options. Good location. 10 minute walk from the city centre. Very nice hotel, it has a bar and cafe/resteraunt attached. The bar let us charge a load of drinks to the room when we ran out of cash - Im not sure if thats a good thing or a bad thing. It was good at the time, but not so good when we got the bill on check-out. The room was small but very nice. Fantastic location, very close to the Temple Bar area of London, one
block off a major street and the river, yet tucked back on a side street
where there is little noise. The staff bent over backwards to accomodate
any requests, from an early breakfast to holding over luggage. Morning
breakfast very good. Location less than a block for bus connections both
within Dublin and to sites outside the city. Within easy walking to St.

Stayed for 5 nights on July 2013. I had great experience. The location couldn't be more central, just 2 minutes walk from Temple Bar and 5 minutes from Dublin Castle. The rooms are very large and very well equipped and the bed extremely comfortable. The facilities are very modern but the interior designing is pleasant and warm. Breakfast contains wide selection of fresh products. The staff was friendly, outreaching and very efficient. They provided a lot of accurate information about the city

I found the staff very professional , friendly and courteous at all times including the night porters. It was very good value and the rooms very cosy and warm with no noise of traffic or night clubbers from the street. While at reception I observed that some of the people checking in had stayed in the hotel several times a very good indication of any business when the customer / client does repeat business.
