My flight was delayed, and my husband's flight was ever more delayed, so we arrived late at night, tired, hungry and grumpy.   What I loved about our stay at the Fitzwilliam Hotel was the warm welcome we received from the staff at reception upon our arrival. All the staff were happy and helpful throughout our stay.
