  This hotel was incredible. I stayed in the Oscar Wilde suite. The attention to detail was beyond compare. This establishment thought of everything, right down to the chocolates. Very small,boutique hotel with only 4 rooms. It was quiet, even though it was in the heart of the Temple Bar area. Could not ask for a better location. I do have one request please, a bat - personnalized service - convenience of location . large room . I was greeted personally they called me on my way from the airport. I was dreading the noise as it is in very busy /noisy Temple Bar but my suite ( Bram Stoker) was not on street ... so it was quiet .. and they provide ear plugs . ITs a vry urban environment so if you re looking for views or sense of space its not a place for you. The room are large however and otherwise perfect . Will use it again .

Breakfast very good, served in the downstairs restaurant. After our first night at the hotel, a serious plumbing problem that apparently had been developing over many years, came to light. Quite many steps to our room and no lift. Large nice room overlooking the Stephens Green -park. Perhaps a bit pricy but all in all a great place to stay.

  Our room was very clean and comfortable. It was a short walk into the city to visit the sites, shopping and dining. Maurice was also very helpful by zllowing us access to our rolm a little earlier due to our arrival time in Dublin. The room was great, the toilet and the shower were very modern and clean. The biggest benefit is that there is a bar downstairs which is very useful for a tired traveller :).

  The Adelphi is centrally located and provided an excellent base for our regrettably brief stay of two nights in Dublin. The staff were accommodating, always pleasant and keen to provide whatever service or information we required. The room was comfortable and breakfast good, whether cooked or continental.   The guesthouse was 24 hours, somebody stayed up all night to let guests in. We went to an Eminem concert and returned at 2am with no problems what so ever. We need to book a taxi for 7am the same morning and the gentleman that let us in insisted he would sort that out for us so we could go to bed. Great - Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, bathroom was spacious, and the water pressure in the shower was great. The staff was perhaps the best part of the whole experience. We were able to lock our bags up before checking in so we didn't have to drag them around the city. Also, the staff helped us with directions, provided free maps, and recommended places to eat.
