The room is very comfortable, bathroom is huge, it has a wide flatscreen, coffe/tea making facilities, and large windows facing west.   The apartment was brightly decorated and spacious. we were not leaving til 12.30 and we were allowed to keep the keys to the apartment til it was time for us to leave for the airport. I will definitely recommend to all my friends and if we return to Dublin I will 100% book again. It's only on the 2nd floor and has a lift to it if you can't use te stairs. The owner was friendly and easy to deal with. We will definately use this place again.

Great to have a comfortable sitting area in the apartment for my teens who didn't go out late to relax in.   We loved the Dublin 1 Apartments! It was right around the corner walking to the Temple Bar Area and we were 3 women coming home late at night and felt very safe in the neighborhood. Nancy and Kevin were so friendly and made us feel right at home. They gave us great advice on everything! Including shopping and flying tips for Ryan Air. We will definitely stay - Staff member was wonderful. We got there a earlier than booking in time and she offered to let us drop off our baggage so we could go sight seeing. She showed us how to use hot water, heating and telly - which really helped us have a comfortable stay. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It was right next to the Academy and so it was a wonderful central local to everything. We loved Dublin and know that the location of the apartment added to that. Thank you so much.

Location less than a block for bus connections both within Dublin and to sites outside the city. Within easy walking to St. Patricks Cathedral, City Hall, Trinity University.
