  Room 5 was spacious, very comfortable. Our hosts were very pleasant, not exceptionally outgoing, at first, he was very sincere, yet businesslike. Our host took some wet laundry and hung them to dry, a pleasant surprise. Breakfasts were good and served promptly after cooking. Bathroom was very spacious. After the first day (it had been a full house... was die leute sagen » and there were many guests he needed to serve) our host became more eager and more interested in being helpful with respect to our days itinerary. Th - It was about a ten minute walk from the B & B to town. The room was spotless and it was so quiet there it was amazing. Dingle was one of our favorite towns. We saw a great seisun up at a local church. St. James. They apparently do these relatively regularly. And Murphy's Ice Cream is incredible. It is made from Kerry cows, of which there are only about one thousand in the world...very creamy.

  Lovely relaxed atmosphere. Very nice breakfast. Location, within walking distance of town and harbour. Rita was so friendly and very helpful with information about local walks etc. - This a quaint place to stay for 2 days with friendly owners. Good parking and a close walk to the town.   I loved the location and the room was excellent. I enjoyed the walk at the Harbour, which was beautiful. Even though I was running late, the staff worked with me since I had called and let them know. Also, I noticed that there was a parking lot whereas, I didn't see much parking for the other bnb's. - The breakfast is good and the beds are real... was die leute sagen » ly comfortable, the rooms are quiet there is ample parking that is safe, the views of the sea are lovely.   Hosts are wonderful and very helpful; excellent breakfasts, very comfortable room, sunny conservatory and we were invited to watch the Finals for Irish Football with the hosts. The bleating of the neighboring sheep was a most pleasant wake-up call! Located about half a mile out of Dingle it was very quiet; right in town there was lots of late nigh... was die leute sagen » t celebration going on in the pubs! - Pat & Ann are wonderful. They were so friendly and welcoming - willing to go the extra mile. It was a quick drive into Dingle from their place. Great breakfast served each morning.

  Staff were excellent. Location was very close to town center. No problem coming back/getting access to the room no matter how late we stayed out. Great value for money. Showers were hot. Double room was spacious. We even caught a load of fish on a boating trip and the staff put it in a freezer overnight for us so we could take them home the next d... was die leute sagen » ay. - we were a group of six and the staff were amazing. they could not do enough for us, local tips on where to eat and drink, places to visit etc...and even gave us jam and bread when we were in very late one night. the breakfast was superb and served very efficiently. i would definatley go back again.

  The very warm welcome of the hosts and the willingness to help and co- operation showen by the proprietors when we had to change plans. The lovely "piping hot" breakfast and warm rooms. Very much appreciated during unseasonably cold weather. Also the fluent Irish of the hosts when people were willing to speak Gaeilge. His sense of humor is just unbelievable/super friendly and hilarious! Room was clean,bathroom as well... Ps. This is to the caretaker ! ;) Although he cannot leave his place,he sure does give good tips about places to eat/drink!

  The Hillgrove is a no frills hotel that is a solid bargain for the money. The staff is courteous and very willing to be of service. Rooms are clean. The location allows for quick access by foot to the downtown area. Pubs and the pier are a short walk away. I recommend the Hillgrove as a good value for those who prioritize staying within budget, over basking in a hotel's atmosphere. - The accomodation was perfectly as described. We got a change of towels and sheets EACH DAY! Something I wouldn't even expect in a 5 star hotel. The staff were friendly and efficient. The room was clean and large, and the shower powerful. Great central location. It was excellent value for money and I will definitely stay here again when I return to Dingle.
