  The correct word to describe Hotel ICON is SUPERB !!... This hotel was absolutely ABOVE & BEYOND of my expectation for quality of hotel and hospitality. I stayed at room 2307 for 2 nights. I really enjoy EVERY aspect of this hotel. There's nothing that I don't like... nothing at all. Room was a good size, very comfortable bed and fabulous bathroom. Toiletries were of a good standard and free minibar items a bonus, although not as good brands as those in the free minibar of another (cheaper) hotel we had stayed in the night before in HK. Food in the restaurants was expensive but we had a lovely meal in the Chinese restaurant, which has an incredible view over the city, and the breakfast was also very good, so worth the splurge. I also appreciated the friendlyness and good English of the staff and the quick check-in and check-out.   very nice and comfortable rooms - The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable. The information cards provided with regards to attractions around H.K were great and very helpful. Reception were polite, friendly and very professional. I thouroughly enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying again in the future.

  One reason my family likes The Kimberley Hotel is because of its location. It is conveniently located minutes away from the MTR station, and also Hong Kong cafeterias serving excellent food. Our suite which could accommodate three people wasn't particularly large, but the free Wi-fi was a bonus. The room was clean, and despite finding it prepared for two when we first checked in, that was quickl - The location cannot be beat! 4-minutes walk to MTR station. Our 20th floor suite with kitchenette was clean, had a comfortable king bed in a separate bedroom and a sofa-bed in the living room. The air conditioning worked great and helped keep the humidity down to an acceptable level, since it was pouring rain outside for the two days we were there. The front desk, consierge and houskeeing staff were all friendly and helpful to us.
