The correct word to describe Hotel ICON is SUPERB !!... This hotel was absolutely ABOVE & BEYOND of my expectation for quality of hotel and hospitality. I stayed at room 2307 for 2 nights. Staff were friendly, check in efficient. Room was a good size, very comfortable bed and fabulous bathroom. Toiletries were of a good standard and free minibar items a bonus, although not as good brands as those in the free minibar of another (cheaper) hotel we had stayed in the night before in HK. Food in the restaurants was expensive but we had a lovely meal in the Chinese restaurant, which has an incredible view over the city, and the breakfast was also very good, so worth the splurge. On arrival we were greeted by extremely helpful and efficient staff. We were upgraded to the 17th floor with amazing views of Victoria Harbour. Our room was luxurious, with a very comfortable bed and a well supplied bathroom. We had breakfast in the hotel and have never seen such a variety of food in a restaurant, just incredible The hotel is in a great location for shops and transport and we would certainly recommend to friends.

I visit my family in HK 3 times a year and have stayed in many hotels in HK. I stayed 6 nights this time. Crowne Plaza offered one of the most spacious rooms I have stayed in with excellent bedding including a choice of pillows!!! a must for a comfortable stay.

it's quite pricey, but we got a good deal. But nothing beats it's location. Room is quite large for HK standard. Staff were very helpful - The bathroom is excellent and the bed is very comfortable. What amaze me is we can surf internet using their free wifi and 42" LCD TV.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. It is a true 5 star hotel with a much lower cost because it is out of the city. The rooms are very comfortable, a very nice pool, and a small cozy night club to unwind. Located at University, it is only two stops away from Sha Tin where there is plenty of shopping and a horse track. -
