  The staff was exceptional, anything we needed, including difficult transportation situations, they handled with ease. They were extremely attentive, knowledgeable and friendly.   The staff at reception were fantastic. We had some problems with our flights to the island and the reception staff were outstanding in helping us to resolve them. We felt like they really cared and wanted to do anything to ensure our stay in Zakinthos was relaxing and fun.   Seaview rooms have amazing views and are very spacious, but just a slightly dated feel about it. I've got to give credit to the staff here - they are always tentative and helpful. We stayed on half-board and I am usually a fussy eater but found there was plenty of options that I could eat and enjoy. If you are looking for references, this is the perfect place (families with kids or couples) - Nice room, plenty of parking, pool, friendly service, very relaxed, not too close to sidari, but easily walk, drive or get taxi, bar on site that serves breakfast and snacks, very reasonable prices. All staff are friendly, nothing is too much trouble.
