  I don't know what is with all the negative comments,we had a great vacation.people very friendly,cleaning of the room every day,changing towels every 2 days,very good food and diverse,excellent location. - Restaurants, bars, meal selection and quality was perfect for adults and for kids. Bravo!

  Beautiful surroundings and hotel. Friendly staff. Good spacious rooms. Fantastic island to explore using car, bike or boat....a must! So many good views, good tavernas, shops and lovely people. Very handy to have regular hotel minibus trips down to port. Attended a family wedding and couldn't imagine a better place.   I liked everything about the hotel, It is an excellent hotel with wonderful staff who made our stay very enjoyable. Special thanks to Amaryllis Pouliezou for her support before and durng the trip. We had half board, both breakfast and dinner was very good, tasty food, big variaty, good combination of dishes. If you are looking for family holiday with good facilities, breathdaking views, - Definitely one of the best vacations we ever had. The staff was extremely pleasant, helpful, welcoming. I must mention Ms. Amaryllis, Ms. Camilla and Mr. Payaitis - they all gave us a feeling of most welcome and best taking care. The hotel beach and swimming pools are wonderful, varied great food. After 7 nights at the hotel our vacation was over, but we could easily stay much more. Very recommended !!!

  Seaview rooms have amazing views and are very spacious, but just a slightly dated feel about it. I've got to give credit to the staff here - they are always tentative and helpful. We stayed on half-board and I am usually a fussy eater but found there was plenty of options that I could eat and enjoy.   The staff at reception were fantastic. We had some problems with our flights to the island and the reception staff were outstanding in helping us to resolve them. We felt like they really cared and wanted to do anything to ensure our stay in Zakinthos was relaxing and fun.
