  The staff at reception were fantastic. We had some problems with our flights to the island and the reception staff were outstanding in helping us to resolve them. We felt like they really cared and wanted to do anything to ensure our stay in Zakinthos was relaxing and fun. The service was better than I have seen anywhere around the world. - I travel through luxury hotels an this one was in top, I care about location and this hotel was quiet and comfortable on the side of a touristic area. Staff is very very friendly and helpfull. Swimming pools are preatty nice and deep enaugh to enjoy. Food is excelent specially dinners with a hand made deserts! Bravo!

  We had a great welcome. We were taken through all of the details of our stay and the hotel amenities. We were then left to get on with our stay, but we were helped whenever we needed it. We had a great departure. The hotel was great; the staff were great; and the stay was just what we wanted. If you are looking for references, this is the perfect place (families with kids or couples) - Nice room, plenty of parking, pool, friendly service, very relaxed, not too close to sidari, but easily walk, drive or get taxi, bar on site that serves breakfast and snacks, very reasonable prices. All staff are friendly, nothing is too much trouble.
