  Beautiful surroundings and hotel. Friendly staff. Good spacious rooms. Fantastic island to explore using car, bike or boat....a must! So many good views, good tavernas, shops and lovely people. Very handy to have regular hotel minibus trips down to port. Attended a family wedding and couldn't imagine a better place.   Seaview rooms have amazing views and are very spacious, but just a slightly dated feel about it. I've got to give credit to the staff here - they are always tentative and helpful. We stayed on half-board and I am usually a fussy eater but found there was plenty of options that I could eat and enjoy.   The staff at reception were fantastic. We had some problems with our flights to the island and the reception staff were outstanding in helping us to resolve them. We felt like they really cared and wanted to do anything to ensure our stay in Zakinthos was relaxing and fun.   We had a great welcome. We were taken through all of the details of our stay and the hotel amenities. We were then left to get on with our stay, but we were helped whenever we needed it. We had a great departure. The hotel was great; the staff were great; and the stay was just what we wanted.
