  We found ourselves in Rhodes for business so we wanted something outside town. Lyristis was ideal, as we read nice comments and it was cheap as it was out of season. Perfect room, as needed with sat Tv, safebox, big balcony for having breakfast and dinner out. We stayed only 2 nights, although they clean up the room in the morning and change towel... was die leute sagen » s and sheets. The owners were lovely, very kind and helped us giving details where to go and what to do during free time. Will stay again next week as - The owners are great, very friendly and helpful people. There is free wi-fi, nice pool, air-conditioning, minimarket on the spot, small kitchen spaces (so you can make breakfast easily). The localization of the hotel is perfect: it is 5 minutes' walk from the beach and restaurants/shops but at the same time far enough from the noise coming from many night clubs.   Wir wurden sehr herzlich von der Familie empfangen und aufgenommen.Alle sehr nett und sehr freundlich. Uns wurde kostenlos die Wäsche gewaschen!! Wurden immer stehst freundlich behandelt.....Wir kommen wieder....und freuen uns schon sehr drauf .....Wir vermissen euch jetzt schon ....neeeeeeeeee - The staff were very helpful and so friendly. The r... was die leute sagen » ooms were clean. Compared to other hotels down in town Hillside is also a much more quite location to stay. Hillside is located about 12-16min walk from town. I am not writing this as a negative as our group was more then happy to save the money we did and just walk. Two out of the 4 days we rented scooters so the distance from town to hotel wasn't a big deal. You can rent scooters for 20Euro a day. The money you save staying at Hillside vs. a - The staff at the hotel are amazing and they gives a warm and personal service for everyone, and they really took care of us all! From Jumped by car to places needed to build personalized menu meals. Acceptance active 24/7 and when we arrived at 12 at night there were people accept us. The food is good, we took half board-it says breakfast included and the option to choose between lunch or evening. It lay that sometimes we wanted to eat lunch and sometimes at night.   The rooms were nice and sitting on the balcony was great, the sea is just a few steps in front. The beach is sandy (it gets really hot). You can hardly find any hotel closer to the sea, I think. The staff was friendly and gave good advice. Some bars (full of young British tourists) are just a 2min walk away. We had no midgets at all ( - Gregory Peck Apartments are right on the beach, all apartments overlooking a clean and warm sea. The owners are extremely friendly people, a genuine Greek hospitality. If you like homemade Greek cuisine, try the Aspro bar that is part of the apartment complex. Mondays and Fridays is all you can eat Greek barbecue. The majestic city of Rhodes (Rhodos) is just about 10 km away. Great place for people who like great beaches and warm sea. And for
