  A really good stop-over hotel on our way to Dordogne. Would fully recommend a stay here and also do have the evening meal - a must!! Not at all expensive - 4 courses, including wine and all beautifully prepared. We did have a slight difficulty with the translation of the menu, so the lovely lady owner got out her lap-top and did 'translate'. The village of Giverny can be very crowded during the day. We had a large bedroom and bath, with all the comforts of home. Our hosts the Werth's were very helpful and gave us good advice as to visiting the area and fixed a decious breakfast that featued local food. Visiting gardens was very special and our stay at L'Oree de Givery equally special!

A lovely little complex with bikes available.
