The setting is lovely, right by the Seine, complete with ducks and nesting swans whose cygnets appeared overnight. Though close to the railway line, it really didn't intrude at all. We had an excellent meal. The staff were pleasant and willing.

  A truly beautiful village with many historical links with William and the abbeys of England. The auberge was a perfect overnight stop with time to explore the Abbey and village. Our room was very comfortable, the staff friendly and very helpful and our dinner of the very highest standard.   In the countryside, no road noise but only a 15 minute walk into the nearby picturesque small town. Large tables / lots of space in the dining room plus good food / varied menus. Good sized room, big bed and big bathroom, all very comfortable. We were the only guests staying that night. My wife particularly loved the outdoor pool and I enjoyed the relaxation of sitting by said pool! The dinner was excellent and we were well looked after by the owner and his wife.
