  We stayed at this hotel on our return journey from Southern France. It was easy to find and well situated in a small town, which was very appealing. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Our room was in an annexe through the courtyard, and was situated right at the end of the building, and was extremely quiet. We ate in the restaurant, and found the food to be of exceptional quality and - The proprietor and his wife were welcoming and friendly. The room provided all that we needed. We had our elderly dog with us and she was made welcome. The evening meal options were good and the meal itself was good. If we need a stopover hotel again between SW France and the UK, then we will definitely consider this hotel.

Good secure parking with key code access after 10pm. - We had driven for seven hours, and the night time receptionist spoke very good English, & was very friendly & welcoming. The room was comfortable, clean & quiet, with good tv & WiFi reception. And the morning receptionists were also friendly & helpful. And finally, at 44 Euros, value for money is excellent!

  We had a wonderful time in Chambre No 1 - with balcony, view on the river Seine, much space to feel like at home - big bathroom and very big room to enjoy the day even if it rains outside.
