  The reception staff were brilliant, very helpful. I emailed the hotel a couple of times and they answered very quickly and dealt with my quiries. Including the transfer into disney (which was free). We were a party of 12. including children.   The receptionist changed my room to a bigger one as my 2 kids were with me without fuss, very friendly staffs. Clean room, a/c and quiet. Overall it was great.
