The reception staff were brilliant, very helpful. I emailed the hotel a couple of times and they answered very quickly and dealt with my quiries. Including the transfer into disney (which was free). We were a party of 12. including children. Thank you so much for making our weekend great. Staff were excellent.Great communication and exceeded our requests. Hotel very clean and spacious. Did seem more geared up for business, but this didn't bother us. We have a lovely stay and were closed to Disney, just what we needed. Thanks.

4th visit same quality service and good hotel, pool is an added bonus and ideal location for visits to Paris and Disneyland. The near by range of restaurants and super market. Food in the hotel was very good. The staff were really friendly and helpful.room was a nice size for a family of 2adults ,1child and a baby.nice pool.only 20minutes from Disney. Very friendly staff, warm welcome, very helpful, good sized room, babybed prepared, location (half way between Paris & Disneyland). staff were pleasant and swimming pool was warm the breakfast was lovely and the rooms were large. We were ending a 5 week stay in France and this hotel room was larger than our apartment that we had the previous month. We chose this hotel for its price, the swimming pool, and the free shuttle to Disneyland. The shuttle was quick. The pool was clean. There was a big group of high schoolers staying at the hotel and they had set up a separate breakfast for them so the dining area for breakfast was pretty calm and. I liked breakfest, pool in the hotel and shuttle to Disneyland. Swiiming pool, stafff, and good wifi service. Bed was comfy an reception was very helpful. Family room size. Large room. Breakfast was very good...especially the freshly squeezed oranges and croissants. facilities, free internet. If I had to mention anything at all would be that one of the shuttle bus drivers was very rude and not very friendly the other driver was very nice,but as it was a free service we just let it go over our head but had we paid things may have been different. Décor could do with a bit of updating and the bar was closed during the whole of the stay. Meals in the restaurant though very good was a bit pricey. the breakfast sausages were a bit like rubber! Sorry:-( Other than that, excellent!. Food was expensive. Breakfast is modest. Arrived about 10.30 pm no bar open and no food available. Told next morning that they had advertised for bar staff. Night porter not very helpful .... The location isn't the greatest. There isn't a lot around there and unless you have your own car or plan to depend on taxis, I wouldn't recommend it as it is far from public transportation (especially if traveling with children). It is also like traveling back in time with the decor however, we anticipated this from the previous reviews on this site and decided that price and the indoor swimming pool were more important than an updated decor (we were right). Very noisy Cheap internal style rooms Next to gasstation and highway. More like a motel. The room was too hot at night. There were no tea/coffee facilities in the room. One lift did not smell good. Generally the hotel is very dated and could use a refurbish. The child got hot, but they even didnt have thermometer. It is strange. Rooms and lifts smelly. Outdated. Choose for location near to Disneyland didn't realise was gonna be bang in a service station bang on a main motorway was not a nice suprise room was something like out of a time capsule felt like was back in the 60's room was awlfufll. Hotel was a little tired and shower was dirty. Vandals scratched abusive language onto car door while in overnight carpark. Clearly not a secure carpark as indicated in the hotel details. Staff disinterested on reporting of vandalism. Decor, the whole feel of the place....seemed dated. little bit old and dusty breakfast. rooms dirty and nothing like the photographs, asked to sort out faulty bed but didnt, then they changed rooms and they were no better cooked breakfast was dire not worth the money.
