  We liked the accommodation, the room was big, with nice new furniture, with balcony and it was a very quite place even though just few minutes walk from historical center of Cesky Krumlov. The staff was very friendly and ready to help whenever we asked and we needed help with something (hairdryer etc.) We had got also a map of Cesky Krumlov with r... was die leute sagen » ecommendations for restaurants, music, galleries etc. Breakfast was ok, with fresh bread, rohliky etc. and homemade products. We will come again for s - Pension Pod Skalkou is located just outside the old town, a five minute walk has you in amongst this gorgeous wee town. The pension is new, clean, very well, appointed, a good breakfast selection is offered and it is staffed by a wonderfully friendly and helpful family. It has to be recommended 100%. Cesky Krumlov is very lucky to have accommodation such as Pension Pod Skalkou available for visitors.

  I've stayed at this property 2 previous times before starting in 2001. The location and type of "castle b & B" you can't beat it. It's right next to the great historic town brewery. Nice quiet location away from the main roads so you can get a nice night sleep.   This is a wonderful hotel located in the heart of the city, right off the pedestrian zone. With that said, do not attempt to the front door. Turn into a parking area through the "Red Gate" and you will find stairs in the far left corner leading to the hotel. Parking is about 200m from the hotel because of the hotels great location. Breakfast was super w - We enjoyed our stay at U Zamku very much. Petr was a most welcoming and friendly host, helping with parking on arrival and numerous other things during our stay. He even posted a tripod stand, which we had left behind, to our next hotel. The location is wonderful, right under the castle, the room was very clean and comfortable, the breakfasts very good.   Die Pension ist sehr zentral in der Altstadt von Krumlov gelegen. Sie hat zwar nur 4 Zimmer, diese haben aber einen ganz besonderen Charme durch die alten Holzbalken, welche überall zu sehen sind. Auch das Frühstück, welches aufs Zimmer gebracht wird, war absolut ok für das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.   The hotel is situated within the old town, close to the castle and all other sites. The rooms, though basic ,had everything we needed and were very clean. The breakfast was expansive, more than we expected considering the price of the room. We loved this Pension Hotel Belarie!

  The Hotel was excellent. The lady was very friendly and breakfast was great basic English but our daughter spoke Czech which helped. Rooms clean and comfortable part way up a hill so probably not good for guests who have problem with steep banks unless you have car to go back and forwards. And Landlady is so kind and informative to give sufficient information to guest and she welcomed us with hospitality so friendly and tried her best to make our family be comfortable. When I visit there again, I will book and stay there definitely.
