  The facilities were very modern, warm, comfortable (high quality bedding) and spotlessly clean and the service was wonderful. (Much better than the 5 star we had stayed in at Opatija the previous week). We arrived very early (well before check-in) and were greeted by our friendly host with a nice hot cup of coffee. We needed to catch a flight very early the following day - We were very happy, just to begin with, we arrived into Zagreb almost at 11 pm, we called into Ikar guest house and Marco the kind owner picked us up at the airport; the following day he dropped us to pick up our car at the airport; he really went out of his way to accommodate us. He asked us what time we wanted to have breakfast and had it ready for us !, it was simple but plenty of food: coffee, juice, bread with jelly and butter and also a bid platter with cheese and ham.   There were 7 of us. We needed a place near the airport in Zagreb because we were flying in from Dubrovnik at night and had early morning international flights. This B&B was perfect. His mom fixed us a nice breakfast. would HIGHLY recommend this B&B. Note, it is not near downto - For a layover it was minutes from the airport. We arrived after checkin time due to travel issues and the owner was so friendly and stayed up and offered us some snacks as everything was closed. Very lovely staff and was a shame we were only there for a night to rest our head.

  The position and friendly staff ..we had to leave early so they made us breakfast to take away and a wake up call at 4:30 in the morning with a lovely smile to start the day. Thank you - Very friendly, clean and comfortable. In a great location for Zagreb airport. Also in a central spot in Velika Gorica, which is a very pleasant small town.

  Wir wurden sehr freundlich von der Inhaberin und deren Sohn empfangen, der uns ein sehr gutes Restaurant empfohlen hat und uns auch detailliert eine Wegbeschreibung zurück zur Autobahn geliefert hat. Wir waren auf der Durchreise und suchten eine Unterkunft in der Nähe der Autobahn. Hierfür war Rooms San bestens geeignet.   It is so close to the airport but we didn't hear any planes as they don't fly overnight. The hostess was amazing - so helpful and friendly and provided free breakfast and good coffee even though this wasn't meant to be included. The rooms were lovely and so quiet. The restaurant acr - We stayed at room Pleso for one night because we had to take a flight very early in the morning and the guest house is very close to the airport (5 minutes walk). The owner is a very nice person, very helpful. The room was simple but clean and comfortable, the bathroom also very clean and convenient. Outside of the main house there is a little veranda were you can have coffee/tea. As our stay wasn't originally planed (our flight had been cancelled the day before so we had to stay one more night
