  The apartment is luxury, new, clean and decorated very tastefully. Combination of wood and stone are rarely seen it will remain in our memories. Situated in quiet area only few minutes from the center, perfect location to experience all that Split has to offer . Very friendly and helpful owners arrange us a free parking. (And, they left fresh, delicious cookies for us when we arrived. Yum!) It wasn't in the very center, but pretty close to everything we wanted to do. While it wasn't cheap, we really appreciated the nice accommodations and the helpful team so it was worth the price.

As previously mentioned in other comments he gives you a mobile phone with his contact details and should you need anything you can give him a call which put our mind at rest. Rooms were very clean, spacious for 2 people and furnished really nicely almost as if in a hotel room. The kitchen - Jurica, the apt owner, arranged for us to be collected from the ferry port and we were helped with our bags. He gave us some helpful info about the city and gave us a mobile so we could call him if we needed anything. He also offered to drive us to the airport for a reasonable amount. The apartment was in an old building but had been renovated to an excellent standard. It was in a very good location, close to the palace, riva and good restaurants. Maggie was very nice and helpful. She - This roomy, stylish and centrally located accommodation provided a great base for our family to explore Split, the island of Hvar, Krka National Park, Sibenik, Trogir, Ciovo and Zadar. Most necessary mod cons are provided. The apartment is tastefully decorated and furnished. The host is friendly, helpful and inviting. The accommodation is filled with the pleasant scent of lavender along with evidence of an appreciation for the arts in every room.

Apartment is great equipped with everything you may need for a longer stay. A good tip is to ask for a double bed as the other apartment has a small bed. Also, be prepared to climb narrow stairs and small doorways to the apartment - did not bother us but we just thought it was lovely.

  I was coming from Dubrovnik and we were 1,5 hours late because of the Bosnia-Croatia border crossing. Nevertheless, our host Lovre was still waiting for us and actually was in communication with our previous host trying to find out if we were save. I think it has a very good location, the old town is within a nice 10min - We liked everything about our stay. The owners were really friendly and helpful and they wouldn't bother us during our stay like it happened in other apartments before. It is literally 10 minute walk to downtown Split and 3 minutes to the local supermarket Konzum. The apartment is superbly furnished yet practical with all kitchen appliances incl. coffee machine. There is even a small patio with a table and chairs in front of the apartment.
