I stay once a year there, when on Business in Beijing. The staff is very helpful and is happy to take care of many issues, which would cost you a lot of time doing yourself, such as printing business cards etc. The rooms are great, with all facilities you want, nice coffee, great music system, free mini-bar.   I can not fault it really. Excellent staff who spoke good English at the Reception, the apartment was large, stylish, open plan, very comfortable, and spotless. Perfect for couples, singles and a family - Stayed here for the fourth time this year, and it is consistently excellent and this includes the staff.

  The staff were incredibly polite and the service was impeccable. They were also very helpful in providing us with "local knowledge" of where to go have fun, have good food etc etc. The room itself was huge.
