  Staff at this accommodation is so helpful and kind. It is hard to find at first. The taxi we took from the airport (170rmb which was scam) can not find the place he had to call the hotel and drop us at one of the entrance. There are two entrances. The hotel staff came down and get us and bring us the office which is on the fifth floor of one of - Great location. The studio apartment is in a new building, and the building is a part of a closed structure of approx. 10 buildings such as this one. It is surrounded by a fence and there is a guard at the entrance (nice) (It's not like it is unsafe neighborhood). Inside there is a tennis court, and plenty of grass. Although it is not located in the city center, it's 10 minutes walk from mtr station (dongimen), than it takes about 4 stops to the Tiananmen square. The apartment is clean and big,

  We had booked a 2-bedroom family suite, which was apparently not available when we arrived--so for the same price were upgraded to a junior suite (living room, br, 1-1/2 baths) and adjacent deluxe room...very elegant and even more luxurious than we'd expected. Staff very attentive (particularly Raoul) in catering to needs and providing helpful suggestions for trips. Close to wangfujing street with lots of shopping and less than 5 mins walk to metro. Decor of hotel very grand with beautiful staircases and impressive entrance! Would definitely recommend this hotel (and whole family would too!)

  I can not fault it really. Excellent staff who spoke good English at the Reception, the apartment was large, stylish, open plan, very comfortable, and spotless. Perfect for couples, singles and a family - Stayed here for the fourth time this year, and it is consistently excellent and this includes the staff.

They were also very helpful in providing us with "local knowledge" of where to go have fun, have good food etc etc. The room itself was huge.
