  We arrived in the early morning and were greeted by an English speaking reception with a very helpful attitude. The rooms were clean and comfortable with all the facilities you required. Breakfasts were quite good for a South American hotel but could become a little boring for a long stay.   The hotel had free shuttle from airport and back to airport. It also has complimentary breakfast, which was good for me. Accommodations were good and comfortable. I had a very good night's rest which left me refreshed. There are a number of facilities available within the hotel. Overall I would recommend this hotel especially if staying overnight to make a connection. - The location from the airport is excellent and costs half of what the hotel at the airport does. It's exactly 5 minutes by car and the transfer is free. The room was large and comfortable with two big beds. The business centre even allows free printing, something I haven't seen before. The staff were accommodating and flexible with check-out ( normal check-out is at noon, which is already generous).

The location of hotel is perfect: excellent transport from/to airport as well to the Pacific coast (using Tour Bus company), close to city center and metro station. Also, they were very good about my wake-up call and arranging a taxi for me to the airport. The man at the reception also spoke very good English so there was no problem with communication.

  After a long journey and not having a visa and just a small run in with the Customs people, when we arrived in Santiago it was more than a pleasant surprise to be greeted with the friendliness of the staff at the Garden Inn.
